We noticed your below average rating for us in your review. I’m sorry you were not pleased with the product. I believe when we talked I explained how the recorder needed to be placed into the animal. I also explained the recorder process and placement of the recorder as well as the sealing of the bear with Velcro. Apparently you really just wanted a different product than we sell. There are bears that record and play with a push of a button, with all material sealed inside; however that is not our product. Keep looking, I’m sure you will find the right bears for your needs.
